👋 Hello,

On Mondays and Fridays, we send you the heavy data drops—economic signals, corporate expansions, city and state market analysis, government projects, investor moves. But Wednesdays? These are a little different. This is when I like to pull back the curtain and share what Smart Movers Club is really about.

At its core, Smart Movers Club exists to help first-time investors and small developers see what institutional-grade private equity already sees: the economic signals that point to tomorrow’s opportunities. Population growth, infrastructure expansion, government incentives, corporate relocations—all of these footprints tell us where capital is moving next. The risk isn’t just missing out—it’s getting priced out. That’s why we watch the signals so closely.

But Smart Movers Club is more than just data. We’ve built a second vertical: Club Founder.

Club Founder is for the entrepreneur—the one building from scratch, launching a business, or scaling beyond “small.” We cover the practical, often hidden, pieces of growth:

  • Which state to incorporate in and why it matters for taxes and liability.

  • How to structure your company to protect yourself and position for scale.

  • Where to find leverage—systems, processes, and capital—that let you grow faster without burning out.

We already have members inside Club Founder today. The program is $1,500 per year, and it comes with direct access to me, monthly calls, and collaboration with other founders. Some members work with Smart Movers Club as their consulting arm—whether it’s marketing, business development, or building digital infrastructure. But at its heart, it’s one club. A collaborative, accountability-driven space where we refuse to think small.

Because the truth is, the biggest pitfall in business is treating yourself like a small business or a solopreneur. The companies we study—private equity groups, developers, corporate expansions—don’t grow by accident. They use systems, processes, and leverage to hyper-scale. And there’s no reason we can’t borrow from the same playbook.

Here’s the part that matters: this is not about posting endlessly on social media, chasing every platform, and calling it “business.” That’s just a marketing campaign with no connection to value or dollars. Real business is built to either:
A) sell and live well,
B) expand and live well, or
C) generate wealth while serving others.

That’s what we’re building here.

So take this as a personal invite. Club Founder is application-only, and I only open it about once every six months. As a subscriber, you’re on the short list to apply now. If you’ve been thinking about starting or growing your business the smart way, this is your chance.

One club. Two verticals. One mission: to arm one million Americans with life-changing knowledge about business and investing.

Talk soon,
Stacy
